Branch meeting – Tuesday 20th March 2018

Written by Les Middlewood

Tuesday 20th March 2018 – Bull, London Colney – 8pm.

Our next Branch Meeting will be held at the Bull in London Colney on Tuesday 20 March.

The Bull is a 17th century timbered building near the River Colne. Popular in its local community, this vibrant pub offers good value home-made meals well into the evening and a range of real ales with two changing guest beers sat alongside Fuller’s London Pride and Jennings’ Cumberland ale.

Local evening bus routes include the 84: St Albans to Potters Bar; 602: Radlett, St Albans and Hatfield; 714: South Mimms, St Albans and Harpenden.

Come along and meet your Committee Members and fellow branch members.

The meeting starts at 8pm and we aim to finish by 9.45pm.

Our speaker

Our speaker is Ben Wilkinson, a local Branch Member and resident – and also a member of CAMRA’s National Executive. Ben was the author of CAMRA’s Revitalisation report and will be able to bring us up to date with the current position on the proposals and recommendations – voting is open and a decision will be announced on 21 April at CAMRA’s AGM and Conference in Coventry.
