Earlier, same day, a group of Branch members will be visiting a number of Ware pubs (meet at the Spread Eagle in Amwell End at 12 noon) to promote this years’ St Albans Beer & Cider Festival which takes place at the Alban Arena in the city between Wednesday 28 September and Saturday 1 October.
(This year’s South Herts Pub of the Year winner was the Woodman at Wildhill).
Saturday 26 November – Hertford Autumn Ale Trail
And a little further down the line, make a diary date for our annual Hertford Autumn Ale Trail. To be held on Saturday 26 November commencing 1pm, we will be visiting seven or eight pubs who together will offer over 25 real ales. A beer festival on the move. Details to follow.
We hope to see you. Bring along a friend or two.
