Recent planning application to Herts County Council:
The construction of 18 no. flats (to include the provision of 6 x 1 bed, 9 x 2 bed & 3 x 3 bed) with car parking and landscaping, together with alterations to the C20th additions to the Former Green Man Public House, with refurbishments, and Change of Use to B1(a) and C3 (to include the provision of 2 x 1 bedroom flats).
It is suggested that the existing building becomes a “community pub” with 2 x 1 bed flats and 6 parking spaces. If approved, there will be 18 parking places for the flats.
